Description
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (“Commonwealth”), Department of Human Services (”Department”) is seeking a contractor or contractor to provide the Department’s Office of Developmental Programs (“ODP”), Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (“OMHSAS”) and Office of Children, Youth, and Families (“OCYF”) (together “Program Offices”) with Advocacy Services at 14 facilities located throughout the Commonwealth.
