Requirement: Fully secured warehouse (2,000) and ware yard (2,744 SF; 0.063 acres) mission critical continuing requirement to support the

National Park Service Southwest Regional Office located at 1100 Old Santa Fe Trail in Santa Fe, New Mexico that provides support services for Park

Service properties throughout the intermountain region of the American Southwest. The warehouse, ware yard serves the Facilities Operations as

well as storage for Archeology, Cultural Resources, the National Trails division, and surrounding parks in Santa Fe, NM.

Facilities Operations –

*Storage of excess systems furniture

*Storage of historic assets such as doors/windows/storm windows

*Indoor storage of tools and equipment…Chainsaws/lawnmowers/tractors/trucks/hand tools

*Storage of materials for all aspects of maintenance… carpentry/plumbing/electrical/ custodial

*Vehicle storage and overflow parking

*GSA Auction sales- central location for parks

*Work space for larger projects -ex. Painting and rescreening 20 screen doors

*Equipment training

Archeology and Cultural Resources –

*Storage of tools and materials

National Trails –

*Storage of media/brochures/signage/other materials

Parks-

*Storage and workspace for surrounding parks having larger projects…ex. Encapsulate lead on historic benches-Bandelier NM

*Emergency related vehicle and or maintenance storage due to flood/wildfire

Action: Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required.  Also choose 1-PERCENT-ANNUAL-CHANCE floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain) unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.  A fully serviced lease is required.  Offered space shall not be in the [1-percent-annual chance/0.2-percent-annual chance] floodplain (formerly referred to as [“100-year”/“500-Year”] floodplain).
