To submit a proposal: (1) obtain an RFP packet from the Commissioners’ Office, 200 N Center ST, STE 115, Casper, WY 82601 or online at the Natrona County website, www.natronacounty-wy.gov ; (2) attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting and walk-through at 9:00 a.m. on February 28, 2017, at CNCHD; (3) prepare a proposal in accordance with the RFP packet directions; and (4) submit a proposal in a sealed opaque envelope labeled “Proposal to Replace the CNCHD Roof” to Will Roybal, Natrona County Property Manager/Maintenance, 200 N Center, STE 115, Casper, WY 82601 no later than noon on March 8, 2017.
