Bids can be mailed, emailed, or hand delivered. Bids must be prepared on bid forms supplied in the bidding documents. Bids will be received until 2:00 PM local time on Thursday, April 25, 2024, after that time bids will be opened and reviewed by Brookings County, Owner, Construction Manager, and ID8 Architecture, LLC at the Architect’s Office, 418 Main Avenue #1, Brookings, SD 57006. Bidding documents are available electronically at the link below. Any addendums or clarifications will be posted to that site only, so be sure to log in to get alerts for any project updates. https://www.submittalexchange.com/planroom/bid.aspx?project=TheIVYCenter&log=Planroom Paper plans and specifications are available for request from ID8 Architecture, LLC. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 30 days after the bid opening. Bids that are not prepared in accordance with the bid documents may result in rejection of the bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities therein.
