Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) Waste and Recycle Management Services, as described herein: Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees for the collection, hauling, processing, and disposal of trash and recyclable materials as described in Exhibit A, Scope of Work.
