Contractor agrees to provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, permits, travel and incidentals for two (2) crews of five (5) crew members each (total 10 crew members) to clear encroaching brush, maintain highway landscape, and restore and/or replace large, distressed areas along the State right of way in the County of San Diego. Bidder shall have at time of bid submittal, continually thereafter, and for the duration of the Agreement, a current and valid Class A - General Engineering license OR a C27 ¿ Landscaping license issued by the California Contractors State Licensing Board (CSLB) for the type of work to be performed. Bidder shall possess at the time of bid submittal, continuously thereafter, and for the duration of the Agreement, a valid and current registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). Caltrans will verify bidder¿s DIR registration; it is not necessary to provide a copy.
