250188.01 River Street & Visser Street Improvements Encrypted Bids will be accepted on the Bid Express site until 11 a.m., local time, on Thursday, March 12, 2026, and then publicly opened and read aloud via Microsoft Teams meeting. Bids will be on the basis of unit prices as listed on the Bid Form, and may only be submitted using the e bidding system.
