NOTICE TO BIDDERS-THIS BID HAS BEEN CANCELLED Sealed bids will be received by the Board of County Commissioners for Ashtabula County, Ohio (“COUNTY”) c/o Lisa Hawkins, Clerk, 2 nd Floor, Old Courthouse, 25 West Jefferson St., Jefferson, Ohio 44047; until 3:00 p.m. EST on March 13, 2026, and publicly opened thereafter in the Commissioners’ Conference Room at the above address for: Ashtabula County Agricultural Society (Fairgrounds) -Re-Bid for New Building Project (an ARPA funded project)located at 127 North Elm St., Jefferson, OH 44047 Project Opinion of Probable Cost: $120,000.00 The project includes all labor and materials to construct a new metal building, including foundation, erection, and overhead doors. Concrete flatwork, electrical, site work, and utilities will be performed separately. Work must be completed by June 30, 2026.Bid documents and specifications are available for download online at www.ashtabulacounty.us/bids under "Fairgrounds- Re-Bid for New Building Project." or directly from the Commissioner’s office by contacting Lisa Hawkins, Clerk. No electronic submissions will be accepted.
