Print Bid Title: RFP for Professional Services for the Defense of Involuntary Commitment Cases Category: Board of County Commissioners Status: Closed Description: The Natrona County Commissioners are accepting sealed proposals for the defense of Involuntary Commitment Cases. The County of Natrona, Wyoming in compliance with their procurement policy, is seeking a Wyoming Licensed Attorney(s) to defend patients in Involuntary Commitment hearings under Wyo. Stat. Ann. 25-10-101 et seq. The County is seeking cover letters and resumes. Cover letters shall include relevant experience, familiarity with and proficient use of Wyoming File & Serve Xpress system, ability to access hearings via Zoom, ability to follow and comply with timelines and a short expression of interest. Finally, the cover letter should include and acknowledgement that the attorney understands that court is every weekday morning at 8:30 am (unless otherwise ordered). The cover letter shall not exceed more that one (1) page. Each applicant shall email one (1) copy of their proposal to on or before December 15, 2025 at 12:00 pm. In the subject line put "Professional Services for T25s". All proposals must be received by the specified deadline. The proposal will remain valid for at least ninety (90) days.
