The interested party must confirm phone conversations in writing. DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF BIDS: Bids must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. Alaska Time on March 26, 2026. Faxed, mailed, or oral proposals will not be accepted. The public bid opening will be held virtually. You must contact the procurement officer for log in information if you wish to attend. IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you received this solicitation from the State’s “Online Public Notice” web site, you must register with the Procurement Officer listed on this document to receive notification of subsequent amendments. Failure to contact the Procurement Officer may result in the rejection of your offer.
