Description

AMENDMENT 0001

The purpose of the amendment is to remove option CLINS not required. In addition to change the unit of issue and description for CLIN 0007. Contractors are not required to price deleted options CLINS and they must acknowledge receipt of amendment by filling in SF 30 section 8 and section 15 (a-c). 

The National Cemetery Administration (NCA), Pacific District has a requirement for Hazardous Waste Removal and Tote Service for Riverside National Cemetery, Riverside, California. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, and supervision necessary to safely collect, transport, replace, and dispose of hazardous and regulated waste generated at Riverside National Cemetery.

This acquisition is a 100% SDVOSB (Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business) Set-Aside. Contractor must be SDVOSB certified by the Small Business Administration (SBA). The NAICS is 562112- Hazardous Waste Collection and size standard is $47 Million.

This procurement is being conducted pursuant to FAR Part 12 Procedures. The Government will award a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract resulting form this solicitation to the responsible offeror who offers the lowest price, whose offered price is found fair and reasonable, and whose offer is found technically acceptable when considering the non-price evaluation factors. Offerors who fail to meet any technical acceptability evaluation factors will not be eligible to receive contract award.

In order to be eligible for award the offeror must comply with all the requirements in the solicitation. Specific instructions are included in FAR 52.212-1- Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services and the addendum to FAR 52.212-1. The evaluation information is included in addendum 52.212-2-Evaluation.


This acquisition will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services Procedures. The Government will award a firm fixed price contract with a base and four 4 option periods.


This solicitation and any amendments to the solicitation will be available only through Contract Opportunities at www.SAM.gov. All quotes, and other documents required for the quote submittal, including amendments to the request for quotes, shall be submitted electronically. In order to be awarded a contract an offeror must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM), http://www.sam.gov and have completed their Online Representations and Certifications.
