Print Bid Number: 22-06 Bid Title: Core Services Vehicle Maintenance Facility Category: Bid Opportunities Status: Closed Description: Notice is hereby given that the Town of Jackson is accepting Bids for a general contract for the construction of the Core Services Vehicle Maintenance Facility. TOJ Bid No. 22-06 Sealed Bids will be received at the Office of the Town Clerk, Town of Jackson, PO Box 1687, located at 150 East Pearl Avenue, Jackson, WY 83001 (Town Hall) until Thursday, 20 January 2022 at 2:00 PM Mountain Time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read at that location. Bids shall be delivered according to the instructions to bidders. Work Includes: “Base Bid” general construction of the Core Maintenance Facility Addition to the existing START Bus Facility and associated work; including an elevator in the current lobby; a precast Solar/Electrical building and appurtenances; and related Site Work at locations as indicated on Drawings Sheet C103 of the Construction Documents; work also includes construction of underground fueling subsystems to support the Vehicle Fueling Facility. “Add Alternate 1” generally includes construction of Bus Storage addition to the existing START Bus Storage Facility and associated work. “Add Alternate 2” generally includes construction of the above ground fueling subsystems to complete and make operational the Vehicle Fueling Facility constructed in the Base Bid. The Owner's objective is to complete the Project on time and within budget, while maintaining the community's commitment to quality, efficiency, value, innovation, sustainability, and responsiveness to community needs.
