Description
Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) Hazardous Waste Oil Removal Services for Tehama-Glenn Unit (TGU), as described herein: Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, licensing, taxes, fees, and documentation necessary for the removal and disposal of waste items at the listed state operated facilities. Waste items to include non-Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) waste, liquid (waste oil, hydraulic and transmission fluids), waste coolant, waste anti-freeze, paint, flammable debris, used oil and waste fuel filters, oil absorbents and waste solvents.
