The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8) is conducting market research pursuant to FAR Part 10 to determine if sources are capable of satisfying our agency, Orlando Veterans Affairs Healthcare System (OVAHCS) needs by a type of service customarily available in the commercial marketplace. NCO 8 is issuing this notice to determine sources who are capable of providing Wayfinding Signage - Lake Baldwin and Lakemont facilities. This notice is not a solicitation as defined by FAR 2.101, therefore it shall not be construed as a commitment by NCO 8 to ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict NCO 8 to an acquisition approach. All information submitted in response to this notice is voluntary; the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. NCO 8 is requesting that restrictive or proprietary markings not be used in response to this notice. The anticipated Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard for the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 339950 Sign Manufacturing is 500 employees. This is not a request for quotations, proposals or bids. Interested parties must be able to submit clear and convincing documentation on ATTACHMENT A demonstrating their capabilities to provide Wayfinding Signage. Contractors must submit their response to Stephen.Mancuso@va.gov no later than 2:00 P.M. EST on January 09, 2026.
