Print Bid Title: 2023 Jenne Trail Paving Project Category: County Road Projects Status: Awarded Bid Recipient: Knife River Description: INVITATION TO BID 2023 JENNE TRAIL PAVING PROJECT Notice is hereby given that Converse County, Wyoming, will receive sealed bids for the 2023 Jenne Trail Paving Project. Bids will be received at the Converse County Road & Bridge office, 44 Twin Bridges Rd., Douglas, WY, until 2:00 p.m. (local time), January 26, 2023, at which time and place said bids will be opened publicly and read aloud. The project shall consist of, but not be limited to, the following major construction items: Furnishing and installation of approximately 12,500 tons of hot plant mix asphalt pavement, plus paving of approximately 10 approaches, on Converse County Road 34 (Jenne Trail), using PG 64-28 asphalt binder and lime, ¾” nominal maximum aggregate size. The pavement is to be installed 4 inches thick, with a top width of 24 feet and 4:1 edge tapers. Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Converse County Road & Bridge Department, ph. 307-358-3602, email , beginning January 5, 2023. These documents are available only in digital format. A mandatory Pre-bid Conference will be held at 1:30 p.m. on January 18, 2023, at the Converse County Road & Bridge offices, 44 Twin Bridges Rd., Douglas, WY. All Bidders are required to attend. Converse County reserves the right to reject any or all Bids.
