3. Description
The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Western Region, Truxton Canon Agency is conducting market research to identify qualified Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) capable of providing waste management services, including but not limited to:
• Solid waste collection
• Transportation
• Disposal at an approved facility
• Provision and servicing of dumpsters/containers
• Recycling services (if applicable)
• Compliance with all federal, state, and tribal environmental regulations
This notice is NOT a solicitation, request for proposal, or commitment by the Government. No award will be made from this notice. The Government will not reimburse costs associated with responding.

4. IEE Verification Requirement
Interested vendors must submit a completed IEE Representation Form (attached). This form is required to verify eligibility under the Buy Indian Act (25 U.S.C. 47).
Responses without the completed IEE form will not be considered.

6. Capability Statement Requirements
Vendors must provide a brief capability statement that includes:
• Company name, UEI, and point of contact
• Description of waste management services provided
• Relevant experience
• Service capacity for rural/remote locations
• Completed IEE Representation Form
