SCOPE AND BACKGROUND: Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) the Green Mountain Care Board (hereinafter the “State”) is seeking to establish contracts with one or more companies that can provide Standardization of Electronic Hospital Budget Data Submission. 1.2.
