View our RFPs and Bids on the Vermont Bid Registry: https://www.vermontbusinessregistry.com The City of Winooski, Vermont (VT) Community Services Department is requesting proposals for a 15-passenger van with accessories as identified below. Proposals for purchase outright or through a municipal leasing program will be considered. All bids must be delivered in PDF format to or in hard copy format to: City of Winooski – Finance Department 27 West Allen Street Winooski, Vermont 05404 Bids delivered in person or via mail shall be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked “15 Passenger Van Bid”. Bids will be received until 2 PM, Thursday November 10, 2022 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after the above stated time and date will not be considered. All transportation costs and final delivery of completed unit to the City of Winooski shall be included in the quotation price. All equipment shall be brand new and the latest type available. It is the understanding of the City of Winooski that any manufacturer that meets the minimum specifications may submit a bid. The City of Winooski reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids submitted, to waive any informalities, and to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City, regardless of price.
