Description

The Stratford Housing Authority is soliciting qualification-based proposals for Architectural Consulting Services. This work is to be funded under the auspices of the 2025-2029 Capital Fund Program of the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and any Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding received in, or for, these years and any funds received by the Department of Housing (DOH), Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) or other sources, including SHA funds, for renovations to State or Federal developments.
