Description

The primary objective of this procurement is to outline the requirements for on-site inspection and preventive maintenance services at locations associated with the Orlando VA Healthcare System (OVAHCS). This is intended to maintain Mobile Medical Unit 4 (MMU4 [VA 25901]) according to the maintenance schedule provided below and the manufacturer’s specifications, ultimately ensuring uninterrupted services. The MMU will be deployed to support healthcare operations during this process.

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform all tasks.  The contractor shall comply with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) safety standards as required while performing services. The contractor shall also comply with the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Standards.
