The City of Fremont, Nebraska invites Consultants who are qualified in the analysis and design of Municipal Fleet Maintenance Street Department and Parks and Rec Facilities to provide their services in the analysis and design of a multi-departmental maintenance facility located on City owned property within the City of Fremont, Nebraska. SCOPE AND CRITERIA The City of Fremont Municipal Fleet Maintenance, Street Department, and Parks and Rec Facility will combine the main operations and maintenance facilities of the Fremont Street Department, Fremont Parks and Rec Department, and Fremont Department of Utilities vehicle maintenance into a single all-inclusive location. Consultant will be responsible for working with City personnel to design a facility that best meets the City’s needs. Consultant will be responsible for design phase services, development of construction plans, bid phase services, and construction administration services.
