Bids, RFPs & RFQs Print Bid Title: RFP for Financial Management System Replacement Category: Request for Proposals (RFPs) Status: Open Description: The City of Missoula is a Montana municipal government seeking to replace its current enterprise financial system with a modern Financial Management System (FMS) that can serve as the City’s system of record for governmental and enterprise fund accounting, purchasing and accounts payable, budgeting, capital project accounting, capital asset management, and external financial reporting. A Vendor Question Period (written questions) will be open from Monday February 16, 2026 to Monday February 23, 2026 at 9:00AM Mountain Time. All questions should be shared with the City of Missoula using the questions file link . Responses to questions will be consolidated and provided on the City's website: https://www.ci.missoula.mt.us/bids Submission deadline for all proposals in no later than 9:00AM on Monday, March 16, 2006 using the proposal file link (also located in submittal info). Please reference the RFP for all other details.
