BID SOLICITATION “2024 WALTON CONCRETE PANEL REPLACEMENT” CITY OF WALTON, KENTUCKY The City of Walton is accepting bids for the “2024 Walton Streets” project. Project establishes a contractor for concrete road/sidewalk panel replacement on City streets upon request. Each Bid shall be placed in a sealed envelope, marked ‘City of Walton Public Works Bid’, and be received by the City on or before 3:00 pm, local time, on Friday July 19th, 3:00 PM at City Hall, 40 N. Main Street/PO Box 95, Walton, Kentucky 41094. Bids shall be opened, reviewed and evaluated at the City’s convenience. The City reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids. Each bid shall disclose clearly what is and what is not included. Note: Bid Packets may be obtained electronically either electronically or shipped via FedEx for $25.00 by contacting the offices of the City Engineer, Cardinal Engineering, One Moock Road, Wilder, Kentucky, 41071; 859-581- 9600 Additional information may be obtained by calling Matt Bogen, PE, Project Engineer, at Cardinal: 859-392-3673. Bid results will be emailed to all bidholders and posted publicly immediately following the opening.
