Description

BBE invites you to the 2nd rebid for the Real Art Ways- Renovation and Expansion project. This is a publicly bid job so the following requirements must be met: • Prevailing wages are required • DAS Prequalified for bids over $1,000,000 • Bid bond in the amount 5% must be included as part of the bid for contracts exceeding $50,000. Alternatively, a bank check equal to 5% of the bid may be submitted. • Performance Bond required for all bids in excess of $50,000 • A labor and material payment bond is required for bids that exceed $100,000. • CHRO requirements. All contractors must demonstrate good faith effort to meet the 25% set- aside goals and will be required to submit a set-aside plan to CHRO. Bids must be submitted as hard copies in triplicate to Real Art Ways. Late bids will not be accepted.
