Print Bid Number: 2022-10 Bid Title: Amphitheatre Grandstand Hazel Ruby McQuain Park Category: Engineering Status: Closed Description: Sealed bids will be received by the City Finance Director of the City of Morgantown, West Virginia, until Tuesday, April 12, 2022 at 2:00pm, for the construction of Grandstands in preparation for the installation of seating at Hazel Ruby McQuain Park Amphitheatre in accordance with the specifications on file and available from the Arts and Cultural Department, Room 25, City Hall, 389 Spruce Street, Morgantown, West Virginia, 26505, 304-284-7472. Prospective Bidders may also examine the full bid document in the Related Documents section of this posting. All bids shall be clearly marked “Sealed Bid 2022-10”. Each bidder shall submit a five percent (5%) bid bond, certified check or postal money order for each or all section(s) bid. No bidder may withdraw their bid after the time set for the opening thereof, unless the award of the contract is delayed for a period exceeding sixty (60) days. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities or informalities in the bid or in the bidding. A two-envelope system will be used. Each Bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope (“Envelope No. 1”) which must contain: (a) the Bid Bond, (b) Certificate of Compliance, (c) Power of Attorney, (d) all other necessary documents as required on Bid Opening Checklist of these Contract Documents, and (e) a separate sealed envelope inside marked “Bid Proposal” (“Envelope No. 2”) containing the completed and signed Bid.
