PROJECT TITLE: PA State Police Headquarters – Upgrade Fire Alarm System
PROJECT LOCATION: 1800 Elmerton Avenue, Harrisburg, PA 17110
This Project is advertising for PROFESSIONAL SELECTIONS for design and/or engineering services.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The scope of work includes but is not limited to installing a new fire alarm system for the PA State Police Headquarters building. PSP HQ is a four-story building consisting of 187,144 sq ft and approximately 650 personnel. After the new system is complete and functional, remove the existing system.
ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: $1,600,000.00.

The Department of General Services Capital Programs and the Bureau of Diversity, Inclusion and Small Business Opportunities identified this procurement as eligible for the setting of Small Diverse Business (SDB) and/or Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE) participation goals. Applicants must agree to meet all SDB and VBE Participation Goals in full or demonstrate that they have made Good Faith Efforts to meet the Goals.
