The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified offerors to establish a contract through competitive negotiation for the purchase of private sector Collection of Curbside Refuse service.Within the Scope of Work, four Options for providing the services are presented. Qualified offerors are invited to submit sealed proposals for Option 1 (required), Option 2 (required), and Option 3 (voluntary).
