(We are going to choose one of the two models above that fit in our price range.) For the Montpelier Recreation Department. Listed below are instructions and conditions to bidders, and specifications on attached specification sheets. INSTRUCTIONS AND CONDITIONS Bidders are requested to submit their proposals to the Recreation Department Office, 58 Barre Street, Montpelier, Vermont 05602, on or before 11:30 AM, October 15, 2019 . Bids will be opened and read aloud at that time. FAXES are acceptable at 802-223-9522. It is the bidder’s responsibility to confirm their fax has been received and is readable.
