Bids & RFPs Print Bid Title: RPCF Epoxy Floor Coating Category: Wastewater Status: Open Description: The City of Rockland invites and welcomes proposals to provide epoxy coating for the first and basement floors of the Operations Building at the Rockland Pollution Control Facility on Tillson Avenue. Please take the time to carefully read and become familiar with the proposal requirements. All proposals submitted for consideration must be received by December 29, 2025, at 2:00 pm Project location: Rockland Pollution Control Facility at 40 Tillson Ave., Rockland, ME. Completion date: Project shall be completed by February 15, 2026.
