Description: The Bismarck Municipal Parking Authority will receive sealed bids for security and patrol contract services to monitor and patrol four (4) parking ramps, for a three (3) year contract agreement, with the possibility of up to two (2) additional one-year terms with the Parking Authority. Bids will be received in the offices of the City Administrator until 3:00 p.m. January 27, 2021. Bids will be publicly opened and reviewed at 4:00 p.m. on January 27, 2021, at the City/County Building, 221 North 5th Street, in the Mayor’s Conference Room on 4th Floor. Proposals must be mailed to the City Administrator (PO Box 5503, Bismarck, ND 58506-5503) or deposited with the City Administrator (221 North 5th St., Bismarck, ND 58501) and shall be sealed and endorsed “Proposals for Parking Authority Security Patrol”. Bids must be submitted on forms furnished by Rocky Gordon & Company (located at 723 Memorial Hwy., Bismarck, ND) and in accordance with description of work therein contained. Specifications can be furnished from Rocky Gordon & Company by contacting Jeremy Petron at , or 701-223-8568. The right is reserved to hold all bids for a period of sixty (60) days, to reject any and all bids, to waive technicalities or to accept such as may be determined to be in the best interest of the Bismarck Municipal Parking Authority.
