The Project includes the following Work: Assessment of mechanical equipment, electrical equipment, plumbing systems, interior and exterior building components, security systems, fire/life safety systems, and energy efficiency for the following City of Watertown facilities: City Hall, Police Department, Fire Station Main, Fire Station West, Regional Airport, Regional Landfill, Wastewater Treatment Plant, Family Aquatic Center, Bramble Park Zoo Discovery Center, Prairie Lakes Ice Arena, Prairie Lakes Wellness Center, Fieldhouse, Regional Library, Event Center, Heritage Museum, and the Downtown Public Restroom. Proposals shall include a comprehensive report including condition scores, estimated remaining useful life, cost estimates, a 5-year and 30-year prioritized capital improvement plan, an executive summary, and a presentation of findings. Proposals are requested for the following Contract: 2025 FACILITIES ASSESSMENT, PROJECT NO. 2524 The Project has an expected completion date prior to MAY 1, 2026.
