This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 

Solicitation number 1240LP26Q0045 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for The Medicine Bow National Forest is requesting the purchase and delivery of 79,250 EA Tree Seedling Shade Cards (also known as mesh shade envelopes) with mounting hardware (for example, wire wickets or similar)    

This acquisition  is set-aside for small business concerns.  The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 115310  The small business size standard is 11.5M  This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. 

This synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.2 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.  If submitting a quote, complete blocks 17a, 30a-30c on page 1 and all highlighted fields in the entire solicitation .  The Terms and Conditions are attached as a separate document.  Return the entire completed solicitation document, with a Detailed Company Quote that addresses that the product your company provides can meet the minimum specifications listed in Scedule of Items of this solicitation.  Include a specification sheet/brochure of the product used in the quote.
