Request for Proposals - Revegetation Management Services

Interested contractors must submit proposals. District intends to award multiple three-year Price Agreements. Proposal Documents Due: 4:00:00 p.m., Friday, March 27, 2026. Proposals for this Request for Proposals (RFP) must be submitted to Marcela Erceg, Procurement Specialist, electronically via Equity Hub’s Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/details/5606_Request_For_Proposals___Revegetation_Management_Services (Bid Locker) by Friday, March 27, 2026, at 4:00:00 p.m. local time. Late proposals or proposals that are faxed, mailed or emailed will not be accepted. Before contractors can submit their proposals, they will need to register with Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/Home/bidlockerus. There is no cost to register. Proposals will not be opened publicly nor read aloud. Copies of the RFP can be downloaded from Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/details/5606_Request_For_Proposals___Revegetation_Management_Services. It is the Contractor’s responsibility to refer daily to Bid Locker’s website to check for any available amendments or addenda, responses to inquiries or questions, cancellations, or notices of intent to award, and any and all information regarding this opportunity.
