2026 - 2031 Residential Materials Management Agreement The City of Holland will receive sealed bids from prospective bidders to provide for the collection and disposal of residential rubbish, refuse, garbage and yard waste and for the collection, transportation and delivery of residential recyclables generated within the City of Holland.Bids will be received in the Treasurer’s Office until 2:00 p.m. on Monday, March 27, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read.
