Description

The Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR), Bureau of Forestry (BOF), administers the Community and Watershed Forestry (CFW) Partnership Program. BOF aims to expand forest cover, improve water quality, and engage communities across Pennsylvania. The selected Offeror will provide technical assistance, outreach, and on-the-ground implementation of riparian forest buffers, community tree canopy projects, and lawn-to-habitat conversions, while supporting grant programs, education, and compliance with state and federal requirements.
There is Small Diverse Business (SDB) and Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE) Participation Goal for this RFP. There will be an Information Session that ** OFFERORS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND***. The Information Session will go over the RFP, JAGGAER, and the SDB and VBE Goal. Information Session meeting will be held via Teams on Thursday, March 5th @ 2:00PM EDT. Offerors who wish to attend shall submit their RSVP via email to Sonya Schurtz @ sschurtz@pa.gov by COB, Tuesday, March 3rd.
