Clark Construction Group, in partnership with McKissack & McKissack and THG Companies, is assembling a team of project partners for the Redevelopment of the Pimlico Racing Facility at 5201 Park Heights Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21215. Bid OpportunitiesWith this current opportunity, Clark invites Trade Contractors to bid on the following packages: DIV 11 – Foodservice Equipment DIV 11 – Outdoor LED Videoboards Prebid Conference: A prebid conference will be held at Pimlico on March 3, 2026 at 11:00AM. Prequalification Required: All bidders must prequalify online at TradeTapp before submitting a bid. MBE Participation: This project has a 35% MBE participation goal, with subgoals of 8% African-American and 11% Woman-Owned Businesses. Only MDOT-certified MBEs will count toward the goal. Prevailing Wages: This project requires compliance with prevailing wage rates. Bid RFI's: The submission deadline for RFIs is March 6, 2026 at 12:00PM.
