Print Bid Title: Cleaning Services – Montpelier Senior Activity Center Category: MSAC Status: Closed Bid Recipient: Amy Pitton, MSAC Director Description: Introduction The City of Montpelier is seeking proposals from qualified cleaning service providers to perform custodial services at the Montpelier Senior Activity Center located at 58 Barre Street. The Center provides daily programs, meals, classes, and community activities, and requires reliable, consistent cleaning services to maintain a welcoming and sanitary environment. Full RFP Download Click here to download a PDF of the RFP Scope of Work Cleaning services are expected to be performed between 6–8 hours per week on a set schedule mutually agreed upon by the contractor and the City. Proposals must include: 1. Company/individual name, address, and primary contact. 2. Description of relevant experience and qualifications. 3. Proposed weekly schedule and estimated weekly hours. 4. Total monthly cost for services outlined. 5. Two professional references. Special Requirements: Term: The City anticipates awarding a one-year contract, with the option to renew annually subject to performance and funding.
