Description
The purpose of this solicitation is to competitively obtain bids to acquire supplies, services or equipment which complies with the enclosed description and/or specifications and conditions for Richland School District Two for the following project: On-Call Electrical Services Fixed Price Bid, 24-2550. Contractor shall be placed on a Qualified Provider List (QPL) as approved sources of service, however there is no guarantee of any work following contract award.Fixed Priced Bidding InformationAny pricing provided by Contractor shall include all costs for performing the work associated with that price. Except as otherwise provided in this solicitation, contractor's price shall be fixed for the duration of this contract, including optional terms. This clause does not prohibit contractor from offering lower pricing after award.This solicitation shall remain open for bidders that furnish evidence of responsibility and responsiveness to the requirements as set forth in this solicitation. After the initial submittal due date, bids will be accepted in accordance to the stated submittal due date for each year.
