The City requests written proposals from qualified individuals and planning consulting firms to provide professional services in the design, planning, and implementation of the City’s fiscal year 2020-2022 CDBG Program, as well as other CDBG supported community development and housing activities, assuming CDBG funding is appropriated and funds allocated during this period.
