Please note that this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The U.S. Consulate Adana, Türkiye will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. No paper copies will be mailed.
The contractor is required to provide the United States Government (USG) MSG Passenger Van Replacement for the U.S. Consulate Adana. The anticipated performance period is for 60 (sixty) calendar days, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The responsible source shall be located or have a Türkiye Branch Office located in Türkiye.
The prices shall include all labor, materials and equipment, transportation and handling, insurance, overhead, and profit. The Government will pay the Contractor at the satisfactory completion of the delivery upon receipt of a proper invoice.
The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed price type contract.
The Government is not planning a site-visit and pre-quotation conference.
