All responses will be provided via email, and no presentations will be scheduled. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation 5.2, The Cheyenne River Health Center, Eagle Butte, South Dakota, is issuing a Sources Sought notice in support of Market Research to identify firms to provide Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Maintenance Services for the Cheyenne River Health Center Service Unit. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 423730 (Warm Air Heating and Air-Conditioning Equipment and Supplies Merchant Wholesalers) with a corresponding standard of 175 employees. The government is interested in Native-Owned, Buy-Indian concerns. The government requests that interested parties respond to this notice, if applicable, and identify your business status in the identified NAICS code. The written responses to this notice should consist of the following items: - Company Name. - Company Data Unique Entity Identifier (UEI). - Company point of contact, mailing address, email address, telephone number, fax number, and website address. - Name, telephone number, and email address of a company point of contact with the authority and knowledge to clarify responses with government representatives. - Type of Company: All respondents should register on the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov. - INDIAN HEALTH SERVICE BUY INDIAN ACT INDIAN ECONOMIC ENTERPRISE REPRESENTATION FORM (see attached) Respondents will NOT be notified individually of the results of the sources sought. Important notice: It should be clearly understood that this Sources Sought notice is not an award or commitment by the government. The offeror is further advised that funding may not become available. If funds are not available, no award will be made. The offeror will not be reimbursed for any/all effort or submission preparation costs.
