Bid RFP #3645 - Promotional Items, Screen Printing and Embroidery

The District seeks proposals from vendors for various promotional items, screen printing and related products, and embroidery and related products. Respondents are to indicate the percentage discount to be extended to the District off the Vendor’s current price list, catalog, on-line pricing or other basis of price. Instructions for submitting pricing responses are indicated on Attachment A – Pricing form. The District intends to evaluate proposals based upon the criteria detailed in Section J, and multiple Qualified Vendors may be awarded. Addendum # 1 Deadline for submission is extended until July 22, 2022. Section G - Insurance is deleted from the RFP package. Addendum # 2 RFP #3645 is being changed from a Limited Response Period to an Extended Period, in accordance with FASRG Section 5.16.6. Proposals will be accepted through June 30, 2027 and will be evaluated and awarded on a periodic basis during the period of which this solicitation is open.
