Description
The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT)- Northwest District (NW) is seeking to establish a price agreement with multiple vendors for plant pick up of hot and cold mix from various sites by MoDOT NW District staff and trucks on an as-needed, if-needed basis throughout the contract period of April 1, 2026, through March 31, 2027. This agreement shall be extendable for up to four (4) additional one (1)-year renewals. When materials are needed, MoDOT NW will use this price agreement to choose a vendor based on factors such as cost analysis of applicable charges, availability, and the project proximity to the plant location. This is a multiple award bid to lock-in pricing for potential as-needed, if-needed, orders during the contract period. Vendors are not required to provide bid pricing on each line item. Only provide bid pricing for the items you could provide.

How do I use the Market Snapshot?
It summarizes awarded-contract behavior for the opportunity’s NAICS and sector, including a recent pricing band (P10–P90), momentum, and composition. Use it as context, not a guarantee.
Is the data live?
The signal updates as new awarded notices enter the system. Always validate the official award and solicitation details on SAM.gov.
What do P10 and P90 mean?
P10 is the 10th percentile award size and P90 is the 90th percentile. Together they describe the typical spread of award values.
