Addendum's on 2/5/2026 - Changed the Bid Opening Date and Public Opening dates to Tuesday, February 17, 2026 on Notice to Bidder's and Key Action Dates, Addressed Q&A on swinging doors, and terms - Remove/Replaced the Detailed Scope of Work - in the Rev 2/5/2026-Bid Instruction Manual. Addendum's Attached on 2/3/2026 - Added the Question/Answers due 2/3/2026, Remove/Replaced the Detailed Scope of Work in the Bid Instruction Manual. Addendum's Attached on 1/28/2026 - Remove/Replace DVBE information, added Waiver form Insert DPR 479IW, and fixed pg. 9, Remove/Replaced Small Business Insert DPR478, Remove/Replace Services Contract Bid Form submittal and Sample forms in the the Bid Instruction Manual. The Training Section is seeking a qualified contractor to provide the rental, transportation, and placement of six (6) temporary storage containers that measure at a minimum: 16 x 8 x 8 feet. These storage containers are to store equipment for the Department-wide Seasonal Lifeguard Training Program facilitated by the Department of Parks and Recreation Training Section. 3 1/2 months out of each year during the springtime as outlined in the terms during the period of April 1, 2026, through July 15, 2028. QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS: Any discrepancies, omissions, ambiguities, or conflicts in or among the contract documents or doubts as to meaning shall be brought to the State's attention by emailing your questions to MTC@parks.ca.gov, No later than Friday, January 30, 2026. Answers will be provided by Tuesday, February 3, 2026, and prepared in an Addendum and downloaded on this Event Page for C25067012. It is the responsibility of the bidders to download any addendum as needed. DISABLED VETERN BUSINESS-OWNED ENTERPRISE (DVBE) PROGRAM: The DVBE Participation Requirement for this solicitation has been waived however the DVBE Incentive still applies. There is no minimum DVBE participation requirement for this solicitation. (See insert in Bid Instruction Booklet DPR 479IW). SMALL BUSINESS PREFERENCE PROGRAM: A five percent (5%) Small Business Preference will be granted to properly certified small businesses. Please see IFB Bid Instruction booklet insert DPR 478 for more information. (a completed GSPD 05-105 Form with your bid must be submitted with the bid proposal).
