The project includes an estimated 29.4 miles of solid double yellow lines, 56 miles of solid white shoulder lines and 4 miles of broken white lane lines. Bid Deadline : Wednesday, February 25, 2026 at 2:30pm. Interested bidders must use the City provided bid form which can be found here . You can also call the Brewer Public Works Department at (207) 989-7800 to request bid forms be sent via standard mail, fax or email. All bids must be submitted by mail or dropped off in person to the Brewer Public Works Department(221 Green Point Road, Brewer Maine 04412). Bids submitted via email or fax will not be accepted for consideration. Bids will be opened immediately following the closing time at the Brewer Public Works facility, 221 Green Point Road. All bidders will be notified of the initial result of the bid before 5:00pm eastern time on Wednesday March 4, 2026 via email. The City of Brewer, Maine reserves the right to accept or reject part or all of any bids received.
