AK-FWS AK MARITIME NWR-CUSTODIAL CONTRACT

Amendment 2: As part of Technical Acceptability the Vendor is requested to provide:

A. Resumes of the primary Janitor to begin work upon contract award and the backup Janitor local to Homer AK. Resumes must be provided.
B. Acknowledgement that the Service Contract Act Wage rate of $18.75/hr will be paid, plus Health and Welfare of either $5.55/hr or $5.09/hr if Executive Order 13706 applies (EO 13706 is if you provide covered employees with up to seven days of paid sick leave annually).
C. Provide the total number of weekly hours used to estimate costs for the base items as a lump sum and the option items as a lump sum.

Vendor is required to provide evidence of an employee with cleaning experience in the Homer, AK area that is available to start work immediately and evidence of a second local employee that is available to clean if the primary janitor is away.

Please fill out the attached price schedule (excel file). Government reserves the right to de-scope requirement is not enough funds are available.
