CONTRACT TERM : Construction is required to commence withinfourteen (14) calendar days after the Notice to Proceed is issued. The contractperiod is projected for a term of seven hundred thirty (730) calendar daysexcept as may be otherwise amended or negotiated. PROJECT DESCRIPTION : Provide all materials, equipment, labor,coordination and supervisory activities necessary to complete construction ofthe project as more fully described in the Attachment D – Project Manual, and AttachmentE – Project Drawings, which include specifications, drawings, and othercontract documents, prepared by the A/E of record, Stanley Consultants, andTFC. NOTE: AllRespondents interested in getting access to the Project Drawings and Project Manual for this solicitation must fill out Attachment H - Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement andsubmit to the Purchaser at james.gonzalez@tfc.texas.gov .
