Description

The City of Westminster (owner) requests proposals from qualified System Integrators (CSI) for a combined scope consisting of (A) a SCADA platform upgrade/migration, (B) a radio telemetry installation at designated sites, and (C) radio survey. Pricing shall be submitted for the combined package and itemized by Part A, Part B, Part C on the Bid Form.
