The Department of Water Resources (DWR), Division of Engineering, Public Works Contracting branch, invites qualified firms to submit a Statement of Qualification (SOQ). The services to be provided will be Collaborative Delivery-oriented Owner Advisor services to support the planning and management of projects to be delivered using a Collaborative Delivery model; the administration of Collaborative Delivery construction contracts, and DWR in developing workflows, templates and processes as a result of obtaining any new construction contract authority in the future, including Job Order Contracting (JOC).
