Complete PDF Bid Documents are available for viewing and downloading free of charge at the ARC Planwell Website. To access projects, go to ARC’s Washington Public Planroom located at: ARC Washington Public Planroom. Use the drop down menu that shows “in all company” and choose City of Tacoma. Select “Go” to sort the results. Scroll down to the desired project and click on the project number located to the left of the project name. This will take you into the ordering page where you can view project documents and order hard copy sets and/or digital files of the project documents.
